The machine above is a production machine set up for an important aluminium producer located near Bonn, Germany. The machine has 6 tracks and can reach a capacity of 5 t/hr on a mid-size aluminium fraction. The machine can also be installed for the sorting of Zorba, Heavies, all kinds of aluminium alloys (1000-7000 series), or wrought from cast material.
A large Metal Recycling company in Sweden ordered the next LIBS-sorter for the separation of aluminium alloys.
After several serious testing of various LIBS sorting machines from different suppliers this Scandinavian recycling company chose for the best option in the market today. This LIBS channel sorter is able to run various metal compositions and sort them by their different elements or combination of them, such as 5000/6000 series, 3000 series, wrought and cast material or Zorba.
The first machine will be installed in this summer 2018.Click here for more information about Sense2SortClick here for related articles and news on Sorting MachinesSearch for Sorting Machine manufacturers in our Equipment Guide
