SICON’s established metal recovery systems are able to fully recover metal particles that are greater than 6 mm (1/4″) in shredder residues without impact crushers or similar cost-intensive units. The objective of every recovery process is ensuring a gentle separation of all metals: After all, every aggressive impact treatment results in metal losses!
SICON has now developed a modular system, FinesTuning 2.0, for materials less than 6 mm (1/4″). That is available in particular for smaller shredder plant operations.
With FinesTuning 2.0, SICON offers a cost-effective solution for separating all metals. An impact treatment process with the EcoShred Sphere is only implemented for metal fractions. That poses a considerable price advantage compared to other concepts. The result is metallurgically high-grade non-ferrous metal fractions. With FinesTuning 2.0, SICON achieves the best possible metal recovery rates.
FinesTuning 2.0 pays for itself as well! SICON offers innovation based on experience. If you would also like to tap the potential contained in your SR-Fines, please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
