As an integrated solution provider and full-line equipment manufacturer in the solid waste sorting sector, Keson has long been dedicated to the R&D of C&D waste recycling technologies. Through its dual-engine model of “manufacturing + operation,” Keson continuously advances equipment evolution and system optimization.
In one of China’s major coastal industrial hubs, Keson has developed and remains deeply involved in operating a large-scale integrated C&D waste recycling facility, serving as a flagship reference project in the company’s portfolio.
Project Overview: A High-Capacity Integrated Recycling Facility
Located in a regional economic and industrial development zone, the facility represents an investment of approximately USD 21 million and covers around 4 hectares, designed as a modern hub for C&D waste recycling and resource recovery.
With a designed throughput of approximately 650,000tpa, the plant enables full-process treatment of mixed C&D waste, producing recycled aggregates and downstream recycled building materials.
In this project, Keson was responsible not only for the design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of the core processing system, but also for long-term operational management. This ensures stable performance under complex feedstock conditions while generating extensive real-world operational data to support continuous technology upgrades.
Keson has positioned this facility as a regional benchmark for C&D waste recycling, aligned with the latest environmental compliance standards and demonstrating leadership in energy efficiency, low-carbon operation, and digitalized plant management.

System Highlights: Multi-Line Synergy for High-Value Material Recovery
The project is based on Keson’s modular system integration philosophy, featuring three coordinated production lines for maximum recovery efficiency.
Intelligent C&D Waste Sorting Line
Equipped with multi-stage crushing, precision screening, light fraction separation, ferrous and non-ferrous metal recovery, and impurity control, delivering high-purity recycled aggregates.
High-Quality Recycled Sand Production Line
Designed to meet market demand for recycled sand, incorporating advanced particle-size control and contaminant removal technologies to ensure consistent feedstock for construction applications.
Recycled Brick & Building Materials Line
Extending resource recovery into recycled construction product manufacturing, enabling a closed-loop circular economy pathway from waste to finished products.
In addition, the facility is supported by comprehensive auxiliary systems, including centralized control, plant-wide monitoring, energy management, dust suppression, and wastewater treatment with water recirculation.
Through deep integration of automation, digitalization, and intelligent operation, the project achieves both high operational efficiency and sustainable low-carbon performance.

Keson’s Core Advantage: Operation-Driven R&D and Continuous Innovation
Unlike conventional equipment suppliers, Keson adopts an integrated strategy combining equipment manufacturing with direct project operation.
Keson not only manufactures sorting equipment but also operates multiple recycling facilities over the long term. By leveraging extensive operational data, Keson continuously improves sorting efficiency, upgrades impurity control algorithms, enhances equipment reliability, and accelerates next-generation product development.
This closed-loop model—where operation feeds back into R&D—enables Keson to deliver solutions that are more aligned with market demands and future-ready recycling trends.
A Replicable Solution for the Global Market
The mature operational success of this project demonstrates that C&D waste recycling is not only an environmental necessity, but also a major growth opportunity within the circular economy.
Keson will continue to serve global customers with full lifecycle solutions—from engineering design and equipment manufacturing to commissioning and operational management—supporting regions worldwide in achieving high-value recovery and sustainable transformation of C&D waste.
