Almost everything we receive falls into one of six categories. Picking the right one is the difference between an answer this week and a message that has to be forwarded twice.
Product launches, case studies, appointments, research, or an article you would like to write for us. Our editors read everything; we publish what is useful to a recycling professional.
Sizing, throughput, wear, fire risk, permitting. Questions about how something works in practice go to the specialists in our expert panel, not to the editorial desk.
Banner campaigns, sponsored content, newsletter placements and event promotion. Tell us the market and the technology you want to reach and we will send the media kit that fits.
A free listing for manufacturers, or a correction to one that already exists: contact details, product range, logo, or a page that points to the wrong website.
Change the topics you receive, stop receiving them, or tell us an edition is not arriving at all. Every newsletter also carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
Access, correction or erasure of your personal data, and notices about content you believe infringes your rights. These go to a dedicated address so they are logged and answered within the statutory period.
Faster than a message
These are the requests we receive most often. Most of them have an answer that does not need us.
Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and it takes effect immediately, with no reply from us needed. The same link lets you change which Thursday topics you receive.
If the link does not work, write to info@recyclinginside.com and we will remove the address by hand.
Send us the URL of the profile and the corrected details. Logo, description, product categories and website can all be updated, and there is no charge for a correction.
A listing is free for manufacturers represented by their global headquarters. Agents, distributors and branch offices are not listed separately.
Send it as full text rather than only a PDF attachment, with images at a usable resolution and a contact for technical questions. We edit for length, clarity and house style, and we do not publish everything.
An announcement about a launch that has already run elsewhere is less likely to be picked up than one we can cover first.
Tell us the URL, the sentence, and what the correct information is. Factual corrections are made promptly and, where the correction is material, noted on the page.
Technical specifications supplied by a manufacturer are published as supplied. A correction to those has to come from the manufacturer.
The equipment guide is organised by process step and the manufacturers directory runs A to Z. Between them they cover size reduction, separation and sorting, baling, thermal treatment, dust and odour control, weighing and material handling.
We do not broker equipment and we do not pass enquiries on to advertisers.
Accounts belong to manufacturers listed in our directory. One is created when you submit the List your company form: you receive an email with a link to set your own password, and we activate the account by hand.
