Screencore has for some time produced a range of tracked and wheeled stockpiling conveyors which can be tailored for specific applications. The conveyors are designed to be transportable and durable, and offer features such as twin drives, check valves and hopper feeders. These have been specifically developed to help recycling, construction, quarrying, composting and surface mining operations, delivering an effective solution to handle bulk materials on any site.
Radial 65′ tracked stacker for ultimate versatility
Typical of the range is the Screencore 365R, which is Screencore’s most popular radial stacker that has been designed to deliver massive stockpiling capacity with high levels of operational flexibility. This is a heavy-duty 19m (65 ft.) tracked radial stockpiler which provides the operator with flexibility in material movement and placement fitted with a 900mm (36 inch) belt. As with all Screencore stockpilers, the 365R is designed for easy container shipping or road transportation, with hydraulic folding and no removal of parts necessitated.
It also comes with a heavy 3-ply belt, a gearbox drive on radial, full auto radial with timer and radio control as well as an impact bar system under the feed area. The quick-change facility from tracking to radial mode ensures minimum setup time after arrival on site. In addition, as with all Screencore stockpilers, hopper extensions and feeding options are available.
Hopper-feed stockpilers
The Screencore 470 has a 1200mm belt-feed hopper with grid options which can be customised with a 15m, 18m, 21m or 24m (50′, 60′, 70′ or 80′) discharge conveyor. It can also be configured as a mulch unit with chevrons, agitator and mulch hopper and comes with multifunction radio remote for high levels of control.
Triple loading
The Screencore 470LL low level heavy-duty feeder has an 24m (80 ft.) discharge conveyor that can be loaded from any of the three sides with even the largest wheel loaders. The extensive hopper is fitted with a breaker box to ensure durability and longevity being designed to deliver impressive outputs with twin drives on both conveyors. It is also available with multi-function radio remote for easy product placement.
Powerhouse solutions
Also equipped with a heavy-duty dump hopper is the 31m (100 ft.) Screencore 4100 130hp tracked stacker. This model has a 1,200mm wide belt, twin drive and 31m reach, with the dump hopper being designed to take a rear feed from a payloader. The twin drive 80′ (24m) Screencore 480 tracked stacker has a 1,200mm (48”) powered by twin drive motors. The ’boomerang’ rear lift provides enhanced versatility when loading without sacrificing discharge height. The 480-mulch version incorporates a large dump-hopper for loader feeding and is fitted with a unique high-speed auger.
Dual-Drive
Screencore’s stockpilers are now available with Dual-Drive which is a unique conveyor drive system which can easily switch from an electric drive motor on one side of the conveyor to a hydraulic drive motor on the opposite side. This groundbreaking capability empowers operators to choose the most suitable and readily available power source, all while enjoying the convenience of a fully tracked mobile unit.
When connected to the electrical outlet of the Dual-Power Screencore XJ jaw crusher for instance, the stockpiler can run efficiently at virtually zero additional cost, offering a cost-effective solution for materials handling.
Dual-Power functionality is also an option on all Screencore units, and in addition to producing tracked models, Screencore has an extensive range of wheeled stockpilers that are available in diesel, electric or hydraulic versions. These can be tailored to suit virtually any material handling application.
Combined stockpiling, screening and feeding
Despite the excellence and versatility of the Screencore range of stockpilers, when precision screening and scalping with large material stockpiles two or more pieces of equipment are required: a screener and a stockpiler. Now however, Screencore has combined stockpiling and scalping-screening with the introduction of the new Trident 125 Hi-Stak.
The Hi-Stak is set to revolutionize efficiency across various primary screening operations. Whether it’s within the confines of a quarry, sand and gravel operation, a recycling yard or dealing with soil and mulch, its capacity to effortlessly screen and stockpile large quantities of fines without necessitating double-handling, or the creation of a wheel-loader stockpile, is hugely beneficial. Furthermore, and in common with all new Screencore products, it aligns perfectly with Screencore’s stated objective of prioritizing carbon-reduction.
