Rotochopper and National AEM Event Highlights Dedication to Manufacturing
17 Jul 2024  |
Rotochopper welcomed the AEM Manufacturing Express to their facility in St. Martin, Minnesota on Thursday, July 11th. AEM, the Association of Equipment Manufacturers, is an organization that Rotochopper has proudly been a member of for 20 years. This interactive tour began in early July and aims to visit 80 AEM member companies across 20 states in the Midwest, Southeast, and Mid-Atlantic regions. AEM’s initiative is to highlight the contributions of the 2.3 million men and women in the equipment manufacturing industry and to emphasize the critical role this sector plays in building, powering, and feeding the world. Rotochopper was honored to be one of the selected stops during the tour’s time in Minnesota.

The day began with opening remarks from Rotochopper President and CEO Tosh Brinkerhoff, who shared the company’s mission and values while celebrating the team’s daily hard work. Kate Huskin, AEM’s Vice President of Communications & Public Relations, discussed AEM’s Manufacturing Express initiative and its importance in representing the manufacturing industry. Following the remarks, the Rotochopper team enjoyed lunch before heading outside to participate in the Manufacturing Challenge. They tested their manufacturing knowledge, interacted with AEM team members, and received great swag giveaway items. Rotochopper proudly added its logo to the bus, joining those of previous AEM company tour stops. To cap off the hot Minnesota summer day, the team was treated to an ice cream sundae bar.

Tosh Brinkerhoff shared, “We were thrilled to welcome the Manufacturing Express to Rotochopper in St. Martin, Minnesota. Everyone at Rotochopper is proud to be a part of this historic event for America’s Equipment Manufacturers. We’re grateful for the work AEM does every day to strengthen this industry and advocate for equipment manufacturers.”

Rotochopper sincerely thanks the Association of Equipment Manufacturers for the opportunity to be a part of this remarkable nationwide experience highlighting the important work our employees and colleagues do each and every day.
