This Is How Bianna’s Conveyors And Feeders Works
2 Jul 2021  |
Thanks to the acquired experience in this field and on the basis of material to be carried, location in the selection process and sort of equipment to be fed, Bianna Recycling has been developing different conveyor belts models.

We offer a wide range of different types of conveyors adapted to each type of waste and fraction. Its high-end quality stands out among its qualities. The company only uses the best components brands and first quality materials.

Bianna’s conveyors are strong and reliable and included the best safety systems. For example, all machines have safety systems that improve European standards, obtaining zero risk machinery to protect all the workers that interact with the machines. Moreover, to get lower OPEX, we optimize our engines and electrical parts to be ideal depending on usage. With an easy maintenance system, all machinery has easy access to those parts that need maintenance, with quick and safe access in order to decrease fixing time. By last, our conveyors are made of universal and standard pieces, as customers can easily find the required pieces in their local markets. In addition to standard equipment, Bianna Recycling has a technical department that is able to provide special solutions for any need that may arise.

Bianna’s feeders are also adapted to each type of waste and fraction. We use different types of conveyors and screw feeders. Both combined with flow regulators, sensors, and metal walls.

Throughout its history, Bianna Recycling has supplied more than 3,000 conveyors, being one of its essential pieces of equipment in highly profitable plants. One of the last, brand new, and most outstanding projects is the Treatment Plant of Loeches (Madrid – Spain). In this plant, we have integrated 250 conveyor belts. The Loeches Environmental Recycling Complex (Madrid) is amongst Bianna Recycling’s most important 2020 projects at a national level, where the MSW line is expected to produce 220,000 t/year of treated waste, the packaging line 13,000 t/year, and the commercial waste line 12,000 t/year. The Loeches complex is a model facility that puts the focus on maximum efficiency and recovery, and it features the best equipment and most innovative processes in order to reduce landfilling to a minimum. And for that, reliability and robustness are required specifications for conveyor belts, so a perfect scenario for Bianna’s conveyors and feeders.
