Anuga 2027

Anuga 2027 takes place from 9 to 13 October 2027 at Koelnmesse in Cologne, Germany. Held every two years, Anuga is the world’s largest trade fair for food and beverages, bringing together manufacturers, retailers, foodservice buyers and suppliers from across the global food chain.

The link to the recycling and resource sector runs through packaging and food waste. Anuga’s trade shows cover packaging concepts and materials for food contact, including recycled and recyclable formats, alongside the shelf-life and barrier requirements that determine what is technically possible. Sustainability, upcycled ingredients and the reduction of food loss in processing and distribution recur throughout the exhibition and the conference programme.

For suppliers working on food-grade recyclate, mono-material packaging or organic waste valorisation, Anuga shows where the demand side of the market stands and which claims brand owners are willing to put on shelf.
