With a production capacity ranging from approximately 3 to 14 bales per hour, the V-SKR is typically integrated into a production line through a pneumatic fibre feeding system and horizontal conveyor. Material is transported automatically into the press chamber, where hydraulic pressing technology compacts the fibres into dense, stable bales. Depending on the material and configuration, capacities can reach between 800 and 3,000 kg per hour.
The machine is available in several configurations to match different operational requirements. Pressing forces range from 25 to 200 tonnes, allowing users to optimise bale density and performance according to the characteristics of the processed material. The straightforward design contributes to low maintenance requirements and long-term operational reliability.
The system featured in this video is equipped with several automation options that further streamline the baling process. Once a bale has been formed, an automatic strapping unit securely binds the bale to maintain its shape during handling and transportation. An external stretch-film wrapping system then protects the bale and improves stability for storage and distribution. To minimise manual intervention, the installation can also be fitted with an automatic bale evacuation system that transfers finished bales away from the press and prepares the machine for the next cycle.
These optional features enable operators to increase productivity, reduce handling time and create a more efficient workflow from fibre intake to finished bale. Depending on throughput requirements, the V-SKR can also be combined with a loader system to support higher-capacity installations while maintaining the same operating principles and bale quality.
Designed for ease of use, flexible configuration and dependable performance, the V-SKR Single Box Press offers an effective solution for companies looking to optimise their fibre baling operations while reducing manual handling and maintaining consistent output quality.
