New FINDER™ at a glance:

Applications: recover copper and brass from mixed heavy metals; clean stainless steel fractions (e.g. from ELV); purify PCBs from mixed e-scrap and any other metal sorting task related to color characteristics
Throughput & size range: up to 20 TPH on Zorba; 6–120 mm grain sizes.

Technology: ultraprecise RGB camera with AI-powered object singulation for accurate, object-level detection, sorting by color, size, and shape, even when items overlap, sit adjacent, or match belt color.

Operating modes: batch and continuous flow with fast switching between fractions (e.g., copper ⇄ brass)
Optional EM sensor: enhances purification of similarly colored materials, supports PCB classification in e-scrap, and complements the RGB camera to reduce plastic contamination.
