RECKLINGHAUSEN – For a long time waste was considered a useless residual from our consumption and dumped on landfill sites. Due to the dumping ban in force in Germany since 2005 waste incineration plants are now instrumental to our waste disposal.
We are excited to announce the machines we will be showcasing at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2017. The MC1400 Material Classifier and FreeFlow 186, both new products in 2016 will be joining us as well as the ever popular TRT622 Trommel & TS Stacker. We believe these machines are the perfect fit for the show and we can’t wait to demonstrate to those attending. A brief summary of each product can be seen below:
DRUNEN – For its new wastewater treatment plant, mushroom processor Prochamp was looking for a way of conveying sludge concentrate to a container at an angle of 40 degrees.
FAABORG – The copper recycling feeding system was developed in cooperation with our customer. It is fully automated and consists of a Lift Tipper and a Vibration Feeder that feeds copper material into two separate melting ovens.
ERIE, PA – Eriez® will unveil its innovative new Rare Earth Roll Conveyor at the 2016 Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries (ISRI) trade show. This revolutionary product allows customers to reliably recover and concentrate stainless steel from one of two material streams: “Zurik” conductive fraction from a fines -1” sensor sorting machine or waste fraction (drops) from a fines -1” eddy current separator.
CRJ Services recently took delivery of an Anaconda FTR150 tracked feeder conveyor, which they bought from Matpro Machinery. Matpro Machinery were appointed the exclusive Anaconda distributor for the North of England and Scotland late last year.
MADRAS, OR – Versatility is key in maintaining efficient and economical operations at Materials Recovery Facilities (MRF). Live-bottom bins outfitted with KEITH WALKING FLOOR® systems can receive, store and meter recyclables, streamlining material flow. This “moving floor” unloader is made of a series of floor slats, which are powered by a hydraulic drive. As the floor cycles through its phases, material is conveyed, often to takeaway conveyors and on to a baler.
MOBERLY, MO – From distribution centers to manufacturing plants to packaging lines, conveyors have a variety of applications in numerous industries. A conveyor simply transports material from one area to another in a quick and easy manner. Using a conveyor reduces manual labor and limits the possibility of workplace injuries from lifting heavy objects.
MOBERLY, MO – Many towns and municipalities offer recycling services that pick up materials like paper, plastic and cardboard from the curb. But where do those materials go after pickup? Once recyclables are picked up from the curb on trash day, they are generally transported to a material recovery facility (MRF). An MRF receives, separates and prepares recyclables for marketing to end-user manufacturers.
