CMG Granulators places people at the center and invests in corporate welfare with Intesa Sanpaolo

With the aim of offering employees concrete support for their well-being, CMG Granulators, a company active in the plastics industry sector for years, has chosen to adopt the corporate welfare platform made available by Intesa Sanpaolo, the leading banking group in Italy.

The well-being and enhancement of employees are at the center of the sustainable development of CMG which has signed a new welfare program with Intesa Sanpaolo for the company’s over 50 employees.

CMG Granulators was established in 1979 in Budrio, Italy. The company designs and produces solutions for the recycling industry, represented by granulators, shredders, integral feed conveyors, regrind evacuation and conveying systems and powder separation executions.

Quality, innovation and attention to the needs of the customer have always been the guidelines for CMG, that today offers one of the largest and most comprehensive product ranges to cover post-consumer and post-industrial recycling applications for all plastics processing sectors.

The welfare plan signed with Intesa Sanpaolo concerns access to the Welfare Hub digital platform, which can be used via PC, tablet, smartphone and dedicated app. Each CMG employee will benefit from a welfare credit that can be spent on goods and services (flexible benefit) from numerous selected partners, will be able to purchase goods and services from affiliated third-party companies at a discounted price – even in the absence of welfare credit – and subscribe to the bank’s products and services itself at favorable conditions.
