Bag Splitter
The Matthiessen Bag Splitter opens and empties recyclable material bags of various types and sizes. The special feature is that the recyclables are neither crushed nor ground – optimal conditions for the subsequent sorting processes. Due to its modular design, the Matthiessen Bag Splitter can be perfectly adapted to any requirement. Besides three different working widths (1500 – 1750 – 2000 mm), we offer bunker volumes of over 70m³. A variety of different rotor – counter comb configurations allow excellent ripping, emptying as well as dosing results. And all this with an energy consumption of less than 35kWh! – This is how resource saving recycling works!
