EUBCE 2026

The 34th edition of the European Biomass Conference & Exhibition will take place from 19–22 May 2026 in The Hague, The Netherlands. As one of the world’s most important gatherings dedicated to biomass, bioenergy and bio-based materials, EUBCE 2026 brings together researchers, industry leaders, policy-makers and investors from across the globe to explore how biomass resources and technologies can drive decarbonisation, resource efficiency and a circular bioeconomy.

Within its comprehensive programme, EUBCE 2026 covers the full spectrum of biomass value chains: from sustainable feedstock production and logistics, through advanced conversion technologies for biofuels, biomethane and biochemicals, to industrial-scale deployment and policy frameworks. The event features high-level scientific sessions, industry tracks, poster presentations, workshops and an international exhibition where companies and research organisations showcase cutting-edge advances.

Attendees will benefit from dedicated focus areas such as sustainable biomass supply, industrial applications of bio-based solutions, advanced fuel pathways (road, aviation, shipping), thermochemical conversion and biochemical production. Equally important are sessions on circular economy integration, supply chain resilience and market-barrier reduction. EUBCE 2026 also offers invaluable networking opportunities, including project matchmaking, social events and an exhibition forum designed to stimulate partnerships between academia, business and policy.

Whether you are a researcher, technology provider, biomass producer, investor or policy advisor, EUBCE 2026 offers the ideal venue to showcase innovation, engage in strategic discussions and align with the future of the global biomass sector.
