K 2028

K 2028 takes place from 18 to 25 October 2028 at Messe Düsseldorf in Germany. Held every three years, K is the world’s leading trade fair for the plastics and rubber industry and the moment the sector sets its agenda for the years that follow.

Circularity has moved from a side theme to the centre of the show. Across the halls visitors find mechanical recycling lines — shredders, washing and separation, extrusion and pelletising, filtration and odour removal — alongside chemical recycling processes, sorting technology, and the compounds and additives that make high recyclate content workable in demanding applications. Machinery builders present equipment designed for processing variable secondary material rather than virgin polymer.
