HMS Cleaning Advanced.
With the HMS Cleaning Advanced, SICON has the most powerful solution currently available on the market for the efficient cleaning of shear scrap in its product range. Capacities up to 300 tph in continuous operation are possible, thus also suitable for annual throughputs beyond 1 million tpa. However, systems with lower throughputs of 80/120/150/180/220 tph are also available.
With the optional additional refining stage (AI-based separation of unwanted materials) and the EcoScan Online, even E1 – shear scrap / HMS can become a quality-certified quality raw material. HMS Cleaning Advanced+ provides the steel and also scrap industry with a treatment solution to significantly increase the use of shear scrap.
Another innovation from Team SICON: HMS Cleaning Advanced is now also fully mobile. Especially for customers who need a high degree of flexibility, this mobile unit is ideal. Ready mounted on a crawler chassis with remote control, HMS Cleaning Advanced Mobile finds its place wherever the scrap is stored.
The mobile unit has all the features of the larger units: cleaning efficiency >99% and adaptable to individual requirements. Tested in the SICON´s Technical Research Center before delivery and ready for use at the customer’s site within a few hours.
The success of shear scrap cleaning depends on good integration into existing processes. SICON plans and realizes complete plants starting with pre-shredding (EcoRip Neo), material removal and loading.
