Catawba Baler & Equipment (CB&E) is a US manufacturer of balers and related material handling equipment for recycling and waste operations. The company has its corporate office in Greensboro, North Carolina, and its manufacturing and service base in Statesville, North Carolina. It describes more than 100 years of combined experience in recycling equipment manufacturing and service.
Balers
CB&E builds two-ram, open-end auto-tie, closed-door and downstroke balers. Its balers feature what the company calls Free Jam Technology.
Conveyors and roll cutters
The company also manufactures rubber and steel belt conveyors, chain-driven conveyors and slider belt conveyors, as well as roll cutters for widths up to 130 inches.
Service and used equipment
Besides new equipment, CB&E offers service and parts and sells used equipment.
