Ulster Shredders Opens New Research & Development Facility

Ulster Shredders, leading supplier of industrial shredders have kickstarted 2023 with officially opening their Research & Development Facility at their headquarters Cogry Works in Toomebridge, Northern Ireland.

“Customers are at the forefront of our business, and we wanted to take the extra step in providing them with a ‘testing before investing’ service. Seeing in believing & with the addition of the Research & Development test center we will continue to give our customers confidence that in choosing an Ulster Shredder they can be assured of the quality & consistency of our products” Sales and Service Director Paul Atkinson. Adjacent to the existing 40,000 sq feet manufacturing facility housing their dedicated CNC machine shop & assembly area the 5,000 sq feet building has been commissioned & designed to facilitate the testing of products that can be safely viewed by their customers to see the shredded output. The R&D facility houses the full range of shredders, conveyors and hoppers.
