Seven expansion stages, flexibly combinable process steps and individual expansion options: with ModuFlex.FFAG, Frei Fördertechnik AG offers a modular plant concept that can be adapted to different materials, processing objectives and operational requirements.

Flexibility as a Response to Rising Demands

Rising demands for material quality, process optimization and resource efficiency place high requirements on modern processing plants. What is needed are solutions that efficiently process different material flows and meet specific quality targets.

With ModuFlex.FFAG, Frei Fördertechnik AG relies on modular plant engineering, in which the individual process steps are combined as required. Depending on the material and the application, different tasks take priority – from material washing and classification through the separation of lightweight and heavy fractions to optical contaminant sorting and fine sand processing.

Seven Expansion Stages for Individual Plant Concepts

The concept is based on seven expansion stages. The basic configuration comprises material feeding, material washing, gravel and sand classification, and sludge treatment. Piping, control systems and electrical installation complete the basic configuration.

Building on this, the plant can be equipped with additional process modules. Pre-screening with oversize treatment, for example, includes a screening machine, conveyor belts, a manual picking station, a buffer silo, a conveyor trough and a crusher.

For further material separation, modules with a magnetic drum and jigs are available. In addition, fine sand processing as well as a dosing and loading unit can be integrated for different application scenarios.

Additional Functions for Higher Material Quality

Sensor-based sorting technologies enable the targeted removal of contaminants and help to further increase the quality of the recovered secondary raw materials.

Water treatment can also be integrated into the plant concept. Depending on the configuration, the corresponding module comprises a water tank, pH neutralization, sand and activated carbon filters as well as pumps and piping.

Expandable When Requirements Change

New material flows, changed quality specifications or additional processing objectives can make adjustments to plant operation necessary. Thanks to the modular design, suitable process steps can be added in a targeted manner without having to fundamentally realign the plant concept.

The result is a solution whose scope of functions is matched to actual requirements and which can be developed further when conditions change.

Holistic Planning from a Single Source

As a general contractor, Frei Fördertechnik AG combines plant engineering, process engineering, conveying technology and the required process components into a coordinated overall solution for different types of conveyed material.

With ModuFlex.FFAG, processing plants are created that are specifically tailored to the respective process and can be expanded as required. ModuFlex.FFAG – Your system. Your unique solution.
