Technology Zones
Recycling technology, zone by zone
Nine zones cover the equipment that moves, cleans, measures, handles, sorts, sizes, treats, compacts and weighs recyclable material.
Each zone brings together the latest news and case studies, the manufacturers in the Equipment Guide and the field experts who answer your questions.

What is the difference between a Technology Zone and the Equipment Guide?
A Technology Zone is the editorial side of a technology: news, case studies, videos, newsletter editions and field experts. The Equipment Guide is the directory side: equipment types and the manufacturers that build them. Every zone links to its Equipment Guide category and back.
How do I find the right zone for my problem?
Start from what you need to do with the material — move it, sort it, shred it, compact it, weigh it — using the “What do you need to do?” row at the top. Each task links to the zone that covers it, and every zone panel shows the equipment types and manufacturers for that step.
Can I get updates on one zone only?
The Thursday Market & Technology Focus edition covers one zone or market in depth. Subscribers receive every edition; each zone panel and zone page also lists the past editions on that technology.
How do I get my company or expert into a zone?
A basic Equipment Guide listing is free via List your company. Partner and Expert listings add a full profile, videos and a field expert who appears in the zone.
